Entries that do not get lost
Every application is a tracked file: documents, eligibility, payment, reminders. Nothing rests on a spreadsheet.
Entries, submissions, juries, public voting, sealed results and payouts. One tool, from the first call for entries to the prize handed over.
What you were doing with four tools that do not talk to each other.
Every application is a tracked file: documents, eligibility, payment, reminders. Nothing rests on a spreadsheet.
Scoring grids, declared conflicts of interest, anonymised votes, reproducible results.
Public voting that resists fraud, measured and audited, because a contested result is worth nothing.
Entry fees, ticketing and payouts to winners, with reconciliation. Never a « marked as paid » by hand.
It is our one non-negotiable promise, and the whole product follows from it.
On Noowow, an organisation’s reputation is not a vote total, which would measure a budget. It is what the platform observes.
Carried to the end, never merely launched. Finishing is the gesture few organisers hold to.
Published within the announced deadline. We write it, not the organiser.
How many people actually competed with this organisation.
A badge whose fee covers the verification, never the badge itself.
None of these four figures can be bought, declared or manufactured.
Some jurors score harshly, others generously. When they assess different batches, the final ranking mixes two scales and somebody is penalised for having been drawn into the wrong batch. Nobody sees it, everybody lives with it.
We do not standardise: severity is corrected, the gap between candidates is preserved.
On frozen entries, never live, and only when it is needed.
The organiser reads « juror A: −1.2 » before publishing, and can switch the correction off.
Every entrant brings their own audience: family, friends, fans. They come to vote, they stay to discover the others. No competition management tool offers that, and no social network offers the management tools.
Each one brings something, each one leaves served. That is what holds the chain together: not retention, but a reason to come back.
And we arbitrate. We count the votes, seal the results, hold the money, and mint the currency of the network: a record for each of the four.
