Turnkey competition

You have the idea, the audience and the prizes. What you lack is the tool, and the hand that holds it.

The platform is ours. The running is yours, or a consultant's we certified and you choose yourself.

  • Free to start
  • No deadline
  • No card asked for

What you already have

  • The format, the rules, the calendar in your head
  • The audience that will follow, because it already follows you
  • The prizes to award, and the means to fund them
  • Brands ready to attach themselves to your name
  • A jury you respect

What you lack

  • A tool that counts votes so nobody can dispute the total
  • A sealed record, which does not reopen and stands up to a challenger
  • Somebody holding a phase calendar without shifting it three times
  • The time to do both alongside your actual job
The model

Two pieces, two suppliers

We supply one, never both. That is what leaves you the choice of the second, and what leaves us free to say who is certified.

Paid to Noowow

The tool is ours

Entries, phases, the vote that weighs one, the sealed record, payouts and attestations. You pay a subscription and a commission on the flow, both public.

Free

The hand can be yours

Your team runs it from the Studio, with the roles you hand out. It is the most common case, and nothing obliges you to do otherwise.

Paid to the consultant

or a certified one's

A consultant joins your staff with a role you grant and revoke whenever you like. They invoice you directly. We take nothing from their fees.

We are not a party to the contract between you and a consultant. That is precisely what lets us say who is certified, withdraw it the day they no longer are, and warn you without having an interest in the matter.

The work

What a consultant does, end to end

Four seasons inside one edition. An organiser discovering the product crosses them while learning; somebody who has crossed them already saves you the crossing.

Before

The rules and the dates
  • The phases, their dates, what happens when a date falls
  • The scoring grid and the jury's roles
  • The edition's public page and its feed

Submissions

The works arriving
  • Moderation at the door and the follow-ups
  • Entrants' questions, in the rooms
  • Groups, categories, late entries

Votes

What is counted
  • Tracking totals and anomalies
  • The pools of votes offered by sponsors
  • Communicating at every phase change

The record

What remains afterwards
  • The sealing, which does not reopen
  • Attestations and awarding the prizes
  • The payout, and the end-of-edition report

The decision stays yours from the first day to the last. A consultant cannot own your organisation, every act of theirs carries their name in the log, and you revoke their access in one click, without us.

What we take from their fees

We do not invoice your consultant, we do not pay them, and we do not arbitrate your disputes.

$0

What the certificate cost them

The training and the exam are free. A certificate you can buy attests nothing.

12 months

How long they may receive a commission from us

If they brought you, they receive 25% of our revenue on you for a year. You see it, dated, in your Studio.

The limit

What we guarantee, and what we do not

The second table matters as much as the first. It is what gives the first its weight.

What Noowow attests

  • That they took the training and passed the exam
  • That they know the charter's commitments, and what they are not allowed to promise
  • The editions they carried to the end, with their dates
  • That their certificate is current, and you are told the day it is withdrawn

What Noowow does not attest

  • The quality of their work: we do not see it, and you are the one paying for it
  • Their rates: they do not pass through us, we know nothing of them
  • Their real availability: a consultant taking ten competitions is not our business

Look at who is certified, then decide

The directory is free, it is not ranked, and no place in it is for sale.
